Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Purchasing Intern who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
The Purchasing Interns an essential member of our Purchasing team. The applicant must be motivated, detail orientated, and interested in the Purchasing aspect of our property.

•Issue liquor requisitions, and assist with sorting and distributing packages when needed.
•Maintain efficient communication with the Director of Purchasing and the Receiving Coordinator, ensuring to notify them when liquor needs to be reordered, and when invoices have been received.
•Maintain accurate communication with vendors, including but not limited to informing them of any inconsistences or bad product.
•Consistently check email, responding to vendors and other staff members in a reasonable time frame.
•Responsible for putting away orders in a timely and efficient manner.
•Complete walk through of the back of house and dry storage areas.
•Ensure loading dock is clean and organized.
•Must be willing and able to perform all tasks outlined in the attached job description document.
Internship Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this Internship, an individual must meet the following criteria
- Must be currently enrolled at a University, College, or Community College
- Prior Hospitality experience preferred
- Studying in the Hospitality or a related field preferred
- Must be available from Late Nov 2021 until Mid April 2022 (Dependent on school schedule).
Additional Internship Responsibilities
- Attend Bi Weekly Intern Meetings
- Maintain a weekly journal of progress
- Attend assigned Management meetings
- Job Shadow in other departments
- Work a flexible schedule, 30 - 40+ hours per week
