Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is thrilled to be partnered with award winning chef and restauranteur Michael Mina in running our signature line to table restaurant.

The Restaurant Chef is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for outlet food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.

Day to day responsibilities of the Restaurant Chef will include the following:

  • Runs the day to day operation in a high volume high pace signature restaurant
  • Supports and proactively contributes to the alignment with the F&B concept in the outlet, continuously leading the creative process
  • Must have great guest approach
  • Very strong leadership skills to support his kitchen team with hands on approach and constant training
  • Strong personality to establish restaurant in the market as the leader in its category
  • Proactive alignment with restaurant General Manager, F&B Director and Executive Chef in driving quality and financial results
  • Hawaiian Culture & Cultural Experience Preferred
  • Strong influence and support in local community in collaboration with local  fisherman and farmers
  • Previous high volume restaurant experience required
  • Strong focus on marketing  of restaurant
