The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
1. Offer a genuine greeting
2. Retrieve and confirm information
3. Confirm special requests
4. Appointment taking and knowledge of services
5. Establish credit for both resort guests and non-resort guests
6. Present spa itinerary for packages/multiple services (more than 2)
7. Complete amenity sheets
8. Introduce spa attendants or assure escort if attendant not available
9. Offer a genuine greeting
10. Inquire about stay and thank guest
11. Confirm method of payment
12. Verify charges including additions and retail purchases
13. Meet/exceed retail goals
14. Ascertain future bookings
15. Collect locker key and amenity supplies
PHYSICAL DEMANDS ANALYSIS
Subtask 1: Work the desk; answer phones; public contact
Subtask 2: Stock supplies in locker room, general cleanliness
