Start as a Demi Chef in the fast pace banquets before moving to one of the restaurants and finishing the program by training as a Chef de Partie! You will learn a lot with this fantastic team.

On your down time, visit the many restaurants or parks in the city, or take a short trip to visit the University of Texas at Austin, which has great American football, baseball and basketball teams!

Sign on bonus is $250 at 30 days and $250 at 60 days.

The hotel will provide up to 14 days of accommodations based on the candidate's arrival and the hotel's occupancy. The J-1 will need to take a cab or uber from the airport to the hotel which may cost approximately $25.

The hotel will provide you with a discount bus pass that will be deducted from your pay check once a month. The deductions range from $16.00-45.00 depending on the type of monthly pass selected. Employee meals in the employee café are free. Uniforms will be provided upon your arrival. Bring your own non-slip shoes and you own knives.

Please speak with your manager and request time off well in advance of making any travel arrangements or commitments.** Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel.
