- Ejecutar las diversas funciones del departamento de Reservas.
- Entender cómo maximizar la venta de habitaciones y optimizar tarifas.
- Conocer los estándares de calidad para ofrecer un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional.
- Trabajar con pasión por los negocios hoteleros y por ofrecer niveles excepcionales de servicio al cliente.
Responsabilidades:
▌ Responsabilidad 1 – Revisar las nuevas reservas que entran a través de los canales habituales para su correcta revisión.
▌ Responsabilidad 2 – Introducción de reservas Wholesalers (Touroperadores).
▌ Responsabilidad 3 – Gestionar todas las peticiones de cliente antes de su llegada.
▌ Responsabilidad 4 – Servicio de atención al cliente a través de correo electrónico y, ocasionalmente, teléfono.
▌ Responsabilidad 5 – Apoyo y soporte en funciones de Revenue, colaborando tanto en la obtención de informes y análisis como en el desarrollo y seguimiento de los procedimientos.

Nivel avanzado de español e inglés.
Experiencia previa en Hoteles (conocimiento del sector).
Ser una persona metódica, seria, organizada y detallista.
