- You will manage all sales and marketing activities in the hotel
- Establishing and maintaining personal customer contacts and with business partners
- Preparation of the business plan and the sales and marketing plan
- Market observations as well as the preparation of competitor analyses
- Main contact person for all corporate clients and responsibility for the acquisition and
winning of new corporate clients
- Representing the hotel at various events and sales promotions
- You motivate and lead your team
- Social Media Champion
Work Experience
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Ideally you already know the Düsseldorf market
- Negotiating skills with customers and partners
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You are flexible, dynamic, creative, communicative and able to work under pressure
- Driving licence class B
