Overview of Role

Excellent Tandoor Skills with minimum 2 years of pure Tandoor Cooking Experience

Create traditional and authentic Indian Kebabs and Indian Breads

Focus on FIFO and Maintain Stock Rotation with proper hygiene

Able to handle all meats and seafood items including Pork and Beef if needed

Make traditional accompaniments to go along

Willingness to excel and adapt as per situation – to exceed guest’s satisfaction

Great Team Player and open to changes

What will I be doing?

As a Tandoor chef, you will be in charge of Indian Kebabs and Breads with all the accompaniments. Expected to also maintain the tandoors in hygienic and proper manner. Focusing on quality products and traditional authentic taste. Needs to be a great team player and contribute in all possible ways towards entire culinary and not just Tandoor section.

You will be working in Oscar’s Kitchen and contributing to Indian Cuisine requirements for banquets if needed.
