Through innovative technology development and deployment, this team ensures Hilton has the technology needed to support our continued global growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.

What will I be doing?
Architect, design, implement and provide operational support to contact center solutions. Analyze business requirements, recommend and implement solutions. Provide end-to-end service management oversight of contact center tools and services. Transform infrastructure to API-led cloud and SaaS model.

What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Requires Master’s degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as Telecom/IVR Engineer or related.
  • Must possess demonstrated experience with: networking/telecommunications engineering, telephony systems (ACDs and call automation), contact center operations, integrating AWS components with IVR, VOIP, Wan/LAN technologies, SIP, VoiceXML, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
