Senior Manager Change Management

Through innovative technology development and deployment, this team ensures Hilton has the technology needed to support our continued global growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.
What will I be doing?
As the Senior Manager, Technology Change Management you will work with global, multi-functional teams to develop and implement organizational change and outreach strategy to promote awareness of a new technology system used by front office team members around the world. You will identify creative ways to increase the number of hotels that express interest in the system and manage ongoing engagement with hotels that have adopted the new platform.
More specifically, you will:
- Define and implement a strategy to increase awareness and adoption across corporate and regional partners and create additional demand for the new platform
- Define and implement a strategy for ongoing communication and engagement with hotels post-migration to allow for information sharing across hotels, identification of standard processes, and create a community of hotels and Team Members on the new platform
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners across Hilton departments and geographies (e.g. Brands, Front Office, Finance, Owner Relations)
- Build digital adoption and communication plans that align with overall project plans, and partner with PMO to track progress against those plans
- Collaborate with Deployment, Engineering, Learning, and Customer Experience Teams on a regular basis to ensure alignment of plans and consistent messaging across a hotel’s migration journey
- Build and maintain a solid understanding of current and planned features within the platform
- Develop executive briefings and updates for senior Hilton leaders, owners, and management company executives
- Partner with internal teams (Technology, Commercial Services, Special Events) as needed
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience working with and communicating to hotels, including General Managers and Front Desk
- Effective and flexible communication, both written and verbal; Ability to be persuasive and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Familiarity with optimizing and leading change and project processes, tools, and phases of the life cycle
- Collaborative and organized teammate who builds positive relationships and trust
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with an ability to translate sophisticated technological and financial concepts into easily understandable and useful content
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in a changing & growing environment
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7)+ years of professional experience in Technology, Communications, Management Consulting, or a related field
- Hands-on experience and knowledge with Office 365 tools, including but not limited to Teams
- Able and flexible to travel, as often as needed, to Hilton offices and properties. Travel is not anticipated to be more than 30% - 40%.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus Ten (10) + years of Technology related experience
- Ten (10) + years of professional experience in a related field
- Seven (7)+ years of experience handling communications, organizational change, training, or adoption strategies in a global organization
- Five (5) years of hospitality experience engaging directly with hotels
- Three (3)+ years of direct on-property experience in a hotel
- PROSCI or related certification or designation
