We are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Manager to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the outlet restaurant within the Food and Beverage Division.
In this role, you will efficiently deliver a high standard of food and beverage service to our guests and assist the F&B management team in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including the selection, development and performance management of employees.
As the Assistant Manager, you will provide strong leadership support to the team and ensure that administrative duties related to associates and daily reporting are completed accurately and on time. You will direct associates through their daily routines and interact with customers ensuring an experience that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.
Qualifications
University graduate of hospitality management with a strong passion for food and customer service
Practical experience from a similar restaurant in the same role is essential
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, Micros, and rostering
Strong coaching and training skills
