B V L G A R I is looking for a E-Commerce Manager to support our Omni Channel Division !

The E-Commerce Manager plays a key role in identifying, developing and implementing ideas and processes that converge to an optimized site, user experience and translates into accelerated business growth, while ensuring our brand DNA is always upheld.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & SCOPE

Work with the VP of Omni Channel North America to define the Bulgari online marketing strategy & objectives for North America for the growth and continuous enhancement of user interactions and experience on US & Canada sites, with the goal to increase digital penetration of DOS sales. This individual will own E-Comm revenue line and play a role within all levers that drive this business:

E-Commerce

  • Responsible for developing roadmap summarizing all digital marketing initiatives and strategy mapping
  • Align initiatives with local & central Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of online Marketing activities throughout the year
  • Provide expertise in key online revenue drivers, revenue formulas around traffic, conversion, AOV, user interface principles and online UX best practices
  • Edit US & Canada content to ensure that it is coherent with the brand as well as US and Canadian cultures
  • Partner with brick and mortar retail team and Customer Service to execute & monitor Click & Collect, Endless Aisle and all other Omni Channel initiatives
  • Provide new ideas and feedback on development related content and customer experience
  • Periodical Ad-Hoc Website performance analysis for ongoing UX optimizations, propose and influence plans for future growth as well as liaising with external service providers on new product offerings and implementations that can lead to increased conversion and experience
  • Proficiency with online content management systems


CRM :

  • Work closely with Central team to brief local needs on content and outreach cadence
  • Collaborate with local CRM manager on content, outreaches and segmentation to communicate and engage with current ecomm database
  • Track and analyze performance of email marketing / Newsletter campaigns
  • Contribute to accelerate Ecomm purchasers’ database growth & quality
  • Propose and collaborate with CRM on online customer acquisition initiatives
  • Make suggestions to optimize the customer loyalty of US visitors to Bulgari.com with both central and local teams


Acquisition:

  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing including paid social, paid search, SEO, display, affiliate – contributing to the conversations between agency, local and central marketing performance teams
  • Partner with programs & projects that can drive traffic and revenue to the site
