Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and implementing all elements of the marketing mix to achieve budgeted volumes, revenues, market share and profitability for Glenmorangie and Ardbeg brands, while respecting and enhancing the brand image and reputation both internally and externally.

Profil

Your Profile - Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role you will have the proven ability to:

  • have a strategic mindset and the ability to consolidate data from different sources to support your strategy
  • understand luxury and key consumer motivations, as well as shopper behaviour
  • prepare and present all aspects of the relevant Brand Plans, in association with the Marketing Manager
  • achieve brand image/ATL objectives and maximize consumer value perception
  • partner with Customer Marketing to ensure programs are integrated through the line
  • manage the launch of new products including pricing vision, forecasting, and preparation of sales tools and launch activity
  • prepare analysis of brand performance (sales, share, equity, P&L), competitor and category, and the measurement & evaluation of marketing strategies
  • review sales forecasting and interact with the supply chain team to assist where remedial actions may be required to resolve supply issues

To be part of the team, you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and a successful track record in above-the line/below-the-line execution, ideally within a global FMCG company and with an understanding of luxury marketing and the spirits category. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders with elegance and integrity to achieve business wins. You will enjoy working as part of a team, sharing knowledge and insight of past experiences and new learnings. You are an individual that appreciates the finer things in life but acknowledges that all things must be practiced with epicureanism in mind.
