Reports to: Director of Commercial Strategy & Business Development

Job Status: Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for ensuring compliance to the Thélios standards of the distribution for the Americas! They will partner with multiple sales channels (North American Department Stores, Key Accounts, US Optical Channel, Latin America and Canada) to strengthen the current selective distribution and increase the performance of each point of sale.

This role will collaborate with Brand Management on collection architecture, development and price-positioning focusing on regional needs within the Americas. They will also collaborate on marketing efforts to build and implement a successful marketing plan with in-store animation, incentive programs, and region/account catered. They will help find opportunities of implementation for permanent fixtures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DISTRIBUTION

  • Ensure distribution network is aligned with the Maison standards
  • Maintain active database for assigned brands and track door opening/closing pace
  • Manage sales budget forecast/re-forecast by sales channel, region, district
  • Monitor performance per door to track sell in, sell out, implementation of new releases
  • Identify distribution opportunities in underperforming territories
  • Develop strategies to improve performance and create promotions to increase fill rate, make sure best-sellers are present in all locations
  • Support sales teams at national, regional buying events and trade shows
  • Execute brand/product trainings to internal and external partners
  • Partner with supply chain team on implementation quantities for new collection launches (style ranking/inventory investment) and replenishment flow for best-selling core SKUs
  • Conduct competitor analysis and report to leadership
  • Produce and generate weekly/monthly reporting for Commercial Strategy team


MERCHANDISING

  • Collaborate with our Paris-based Brand Management Team on owned Maisons
  • Create commercial briefings for regional business needs (price, styling, color, etc.) focusing on positioning vs target competitors
  • Manage Americas price-positioning of new collections across multiple countries/currencies


TRADE MARKETING

  • Partner with the marketing team to increase desirability of the Maison/s through seasonal animations and trainings
  • Align with sales channels to target opportunities for the implementation of permanent fixtures
  • Build and implement a 360-degree plan in line with TM Team (product assortment, marketing, VM) customized to individual Key Accounts to improve new brand/collection launches


Profil

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Are you a proactive organizer, negotiator, and problem-solver? This role involves working with a cross functional team both junior & senior partners and complex situations. A calm and measure demeanor and positive outlook are critical to success.

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Brand Management or Merchandising/Buying within fashion, luxury, or consumer goods field preferred
  • Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity, research creative solutions and implement new processes to address
  • Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills
  • Ability to solve various types of problems that may involve multiple departments within the Company
  • Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • High organizational skills and ability to handle complex projects and multi-task.
  • Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal & external)
  • Ability to travel both domestic and international
