The Regional Campaign Activation Specialist will work closely with the Centres of Excellence who provide strategic guidance and insight on ecommerce campaigns opportunities.  Successfully working together is a key to the regional team's success, and the right candidate will build strong partnerships. Through the review and critical assessment of post-campaigns & tests results, the Regional Campaign Activation Specialist will continuously evaluate strategy and commercial effectiveness and drive ongoing improvements to deliver business success.

You will shine here if you enjoy…

•    Leads commercial campaign & automated customers journeys onsite optimization via experiments and A/B tests : identifying gaps in the user experience, building a business case & related hypotheses, planning A/B test living & produce final analysis. 
•    Develops commercial mechanic relevance based on the seasonality, assortment or target audience via series of tests 
•    Develops and owns campaigns based on industry trends and business needs : recruitment / OMNI-Channel activation / eCommerce feature adoption 
•    Maintains a collaborative relationship with the required stakeholders (center of excellence, Merchandising, CRM team) to make any campaign or test a success 
•    Produces compelling post-mortems in order to introduce new commercial campaigns and journey execution to the wider organization
•    Supports business cases development for A/B tests looking at customers patterns and past campaigns performance
•    Keeps a sharp eye on competitors or industry leaders activations and optimizations in order to contribute to the regional team quarterly competition watch.
•    Supported the business cases of new features in the tech prioritization process

We would love to hear from you if you have : 

•    Strong academic credentials - degree from a recognized academic institution, preferably in an analytical subject (Statistics, Maths, Engineering, etc) 
•    1 year+ of ecommerce experience 
o    Strong background in either CRM, performance marketing or onsite optimization preferred 
o    Ability to put the customer & data at the centre of your decision making 
•    Experience with Google Analytics, MySQL & Dynamic Yield is a huge plus
•    Passion for business building and excited by commercial success 
•    Able to work autonomously and in a team and engage in complex conversations with different stakeholders
•    Effective team-working 
•    Ability to manage multiple projects, people, and initiatives in parallel
•    Enthusiastic - you will be an advocate for your projects and will be tireless in your commitment
•    A knowledge of beauty is an advantage but is not required - that is our expertise and we can teach you, but you should have an interest in this world and be excited to learn.
