  • To present the collection and share the Dior dream with the clients
  • To provide excellent service to our clients
  • To sell actively and promote the Dior collection
  • To maintain CRM system and partner with Client Development Manager to prepare for one to one session with clients
  • To build and maintain long term relationships with clients
  • To be involved in stock management and support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed

  • O Levels and above

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service and customer relation industry


  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • A professional image with good sales presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
