  • Issue Accurate food cost reports daily basis
  • Submits the daily food revenue/covers report to the Food & Beverage Cost Controller.
  • Ensures that actions taken on slow moving items are followed properly.
  • Assists and update menu costing.
  • Updates recipes. Any increase in the purchase prices above the expectation are to be forwarded to the Chief accountant or ADOF for review. 
  • Issues cost calculations for specific banquets and compares them with the potential cost. 
  • Participates in the receiving process, verifies quantity/quality of the products, and ensures that the receiving procedures are followed. 
  • Values the inventories and checks all discrepancies. Sends all needed information to the Finance Department for control/comparison with the book values. 
  • Verifies daily all bar par-stocks and takes the necessary action when discrepancies occur.
  • Performs portion control for high priced items. 
  • Ensures that all “transfers” between outlets and other departments are prepared and accounted for. 
  • Carries out other duties that may from time to time be delegated to him by the Chief accountant or ADOF.

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
  • 1-2 years experience.
  • Infor
  • Infrasys
  • MS Office ( Excel/Power Point)
  • Materials Control ( Oracle Hospitality)
