Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist guests with car doors upon their arrival
- Offering our guests a warm “Welcome” guests and a sincere “Farewell”
- Ability to exert physical effort in placing, removing and transporting guest luggage
- Delivering upon check in and removing luggage upon check out from guest rooms
- Luggage is handled promptly and safely
- Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and entrance
- Handle delivering and storing of guest items/ baggage
- Safe parking of guest cars in our parking lot
- Checking arrival and departure reports to anticipate guests needs
- Be familiarized with the entire room product and services that are offered including IT equipment
- Performs all Mandarin Oriental standards in accordance with Legendary Quality Experience
- Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Management of the Hotel
Requirements
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- Valid Driving Licence.
