  • Strategically drives and develops Middle East and Russia / CIS market
  • Establishes and maintains effective partnerships with local DMC’s and End users
  • Oversees and leads the Sales and events team with direct report to the Director of Marketing and Commerce
  • Development of the Sales strategy
  • Individual development plan and goal setting for all team members
  • Manages and supervises the Groups and Events Team  
  • Evaluates and observes market trends and client behaviour
  • Set annual budget and marketing plan along with DOMC.
  • Hosts site inspections and client events
  • Participates in sales calls and road shows
  • Frequent travel to the Middle East
  • Manages and administrates accounts
  • Acts as a brand ambassador


  • Work experience in luxury hospitality and in related position required
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding intercultural and networking skills
  • Fluent in German and English
