Duty Manager - Front Office

Responsibilities:
- To assist Director of Front Office Operations in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department
- Observes and ensures that all colleagues are performing their duties in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures
- Assist all departments with any service lapses that may arise
- Empowered to make decisions in the best interest of the hotel from a sound understanding of how decisions are made, ensuring consistency
- Achieve maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the quality standards required by the hotel
Requirements:
- 5 years of Front Office Operations with at least 1 year at supervisory/management level
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken in English and Chinese
- Superior guest resolution and problem solving abilities are required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
