The Hotel:

The Rooms Rising Fans- Leader in Training  Programme provides the following opportunities to build a career for life. As a  Rising Fan (Leader in Training) Rooms Division-you will be trained in the Front Office, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping Departments.

  • 18 months of intensive learning and development.
  • An in-depth understanding of all of the Rooms departments.
  • The chance to work in the ones that really interest you, from front desk to guest relations and housekeeping.
  • Responsibility that grows as your skills do.
  • eCornell distance learning courses to boost your development.
  • Training to help you grow your management and leadership skills.
  • A mentor to help you make the most of your journey.
  • The chance to work on special assignments, including regional or global projects.
  • Regular meetings with the Rooms Director and the General Manager.

What will you need to have?

  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality.
  • Twelve months of industry experience.
  • Command of English and one other language.
  • Demonstrate a real commitment to five-star standards and a true desire to excel in the field.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
  • Interested in an international career path with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Pay- 26.00/per hour
