Spa Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Spa Reservation Supervisor to join our great team in Prague.

Scope:

• To have an understanding for all accounting matters related with the hotel Spa
• To delegate work duties, make schedule and handle personnel issues
• Have initiative and be creative in making special offers, if necessary
• To full understand all company policy and procedures
• To ensure the entire staff enjoys their working environment
• To support and attend all training programs requested forms head office

Responsibilities:

• Check opening procedure details for morning shift and closing procedure detail for evening shift by using checklist
• To ensure all staff are ready to work 15 minutes before scheduled time
• To check all maintenance in the Spa locations, make work orders if necessary and inform Spa Director for further follow up
• Check reservation book and coordinate effective break times for rest, lunch and dinner
• Insure the Receptionist updates foreign exchange rates
• To make sure the areas look clean and neat
• In charge as a Receptionist if necessary in emergencies, such as     

1. Answer any call within three rings and make sure to hold the first call if another call come in while alone
2. To answer all guest questions regarding Spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatment
3. To schedule appointment in such a way that staff is available to handle all bookings
4. interact with guest, including but not limited

You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in the same role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Czech.
