Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Mixologist to elevate our luxury resort's beverage experience. The ideal candidate will be a master of mixology with a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails, innovating drink menus, and leading a team of skilled bartenders. This role demands a deep understanding of premium spirits, innovative mixology techniques, and a flair for providing unparalleled guest service in a high-end environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Mixologist or in a similar role at a luxury establishment.
- Exceptional knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a sophisticated bar ambiance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications and training in mixology and beverage service.
