Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Head Office, we are seeking for an Assistant Manager, Marketing Data Analytic to join the Sales & Marketing Department. This role will support the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Experience on data analysis and market intelligence studies for data-led and customer-centric CRM campaign, and provide dotted-line support on the area of Premium Guest Engagement for VIP members.

Key Accountabilities

Data Analytics, CRM and Market Intelligence (75%):   

  • Deliver analysis on demographics, travel behaviours, revenue, and experience usage of Premium Guests
  • Design, develop and maintain performance reporting of key guest loyalty metrics with dashboarding and data visualisation for management
  • Support the development of various customer segmentation models (e.g. RFM to enable personalisation and CRM campaign planning)
  • Convert analyses into actionable recommendations
  • Gather and consolidate market and competitive intelligence of relevant loyalty programmes targeting HNW to enable benchmarking and continuous upscaling of CRM programmes
  • Support the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in the areas of acquisition, engagement, and retention of Premium Guest members


Premium Guest Engagement Support (25%):

  • Support one-to-one contact with Premium Guest Members for bookings and pre-arrival to post-departure needs and work with hotel’s Guest Relations team to ensure prompt response
  • Support Head Office’s Global Customer Database team to maintain the latest records of Premium Guest data, including but not limited to profile notes, preferences, and billing details


General requirements

  • University Degree or above in the field of marketing, data science or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in customer data analytics with exposure in CRM projects
  • Solid Customer data analysis skills and ability to convert business questions into analytical objectives
  • Strong knowledge of visualisation tools (PowerBI/ SQL)
  • Loyalty program marketing and management experience in consumer luxury or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Regional CRM experience is advantageous
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
