EMMA is a game-changing offering, eliminating the need for a multi-system technology solution by creating one platform to power your business knowing that Every Moment Matters. Radisson Hotel Group will implement EMMA in its hotels, and we are looking for an EMMA Implementation – S&C (Sales & Catering) Expert to assist the Implementation Lead in the smooth and proper implementation of the EMMA system in our hotels’ portfolio.

Key roles and responsibilities :




  • Gives on-site support on the S&C solution for implementation. 
  • Performs system configuration and data migration activities.
  • Manages risks and issues, successfully and rapidly escalating them (when necessary) following up and resolving them. 
  • Delivers excellent support in a client-facing environment, such as the M&E department, as well as Front Office, F&B as needed. 
  • Delivers on-the-job-training and support on the S&C solution to hotel staff and management.
  • Assists the Implementation Lead in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. 
  • Assist in any other activities on site or remotely, as required, to further develop the processes, training etc. to improve the rollout and implementation of EMMA. 
  • Travels on site as required to implement the system change on property. 
  • Ensures the tasks pertaining to the implementation of EMMA are completed with efficiency & quality

  •  Administration skills and highly organized
  • Operations - Strong Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Training experience preferred. 
  • Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. 
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective questions
  • Ability to create reports and a strong understanding of database principles  
Job requirements and qualifications:




  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum experience: 2-3 years  
  • Language skills: English (required), Spanish and French are a plus
  • Travel requirements: 100% travel (domestic and international)
