Culinary Kitchen Rotation Intern:

During your program, you will rotate through different kitchen areas including Garde Manger, Hot Line Production and supervisory shadaowing.

You will be responsible of:

-Prepare and properly cook all food items ordered by guests.
-Follow standards as set forth for all menu items.
-Organize and maintain work areas, coolers and storage areas
-Check and maintain coolers and storage areas for cleanliness and quality of food products
-Requisition food with necessary approvals according to policy
-Take proper care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, utensils and other equipment

Sobre ti

-Culinary bachelor’s degree preferred
-Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Works well independently or as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail
-Commitment to exceptional guest service
-Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
