ASSISTANT MANAGER, SALES & OPERATIONS - MONTBLANC, MIAMI

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager of Sales and Operations is responsible for assisting in the process of selling Montblanc products in our assigned territories in the Caribbean, Travel Retail and Cruise ships (105 Points of Sales). Processes customer’s orders of merchandise and PLV/POS materials received by Booster, mail, telephone, or personally from our clients. They are responsible for the collaboration and communication between our clients and our internal departments (Supply Chain, finance, customs, logistics, marketing, After Saless, etc). They assist clients in their daily needs in coordination with Sales Directors, and support with Booster initiatives with the marketing department.

Responsibilities

Sales Activities & Support:

  • Create Sales orders, respond to product inquires, provide pricing, provide shipping documentation and follow up with deliveries on a timely manner.
  • Create/manage RA’s, reconciliation, and payment agreements.
  • Collobrate with Supply Chain on product allocations and manage backorder fulfillment rates.
  • Research and coordinate the resolution to SAP transmission issues


Reporting:

  • Provide backorder reports to Supply chain and Sales Managers
  • Create weekly allocation reports for sales teams and month end reports by client to Sales Department
  • Collect and manage clients stock and sell out reports in Booster


Launch Pad/MDG Support:

  • Follow up on Opening / Closing Letters and Dealer Agreements
  • Create accounts for new clients and updates sales conditions and logistics instructions.
  • Maintain Customer Client List


After Sales & Accessories:

  • Follow up of the client repairs with the local Customer After Sales Service.
  • Assist After Sale department by processing the claims, return and credit of customers.


Others but not limited to:

  • Ensure the follow up of the Booster activites (rewards programs) with respective departments.
  • Organize clients meetings and coordinate business trips for the Sales Department.
  • Assist Sales Managers with any Office Support needed.


Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of Sales & Operations experience required.
  • Agility and adaptability to embrace and manage change is crucial for this role.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Spanish and English both written and verbal required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to Analyse, Forecast and Strategize.
  • Strong passion and understanding for the luxury retail and/or service industry.
  • Takes initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility.
  • Has a “team player” spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.
  • Shows innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards.
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude at all times.
  • Very organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
