What are we expecting from you?

The Germany CRM Project Manager is responsible for creating excellent client experiences, satisfaction, and loyalty through the elaboration and deployment of the strategy, tools, and services.

He/she works in cross-functional collaboration with the Germany and regional teams. As part of the German Retail team, the CRM & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for rolling out the CRM strategy and tools in the Germany boutiques. (S)He will support the sales team in developing their client activities and sales through dedicated CRM plans adapted to each boutique's priorities and the client's profiles (e-mail campaigns, local CRM actions with all boutiques, monitoring ROI, organise specific / made-to-measure VIP client treatments, budget…)

In this role you will be in charge of managing the CRM & Customer Service strategy and tools developed by EUR/CIS region and HQ in all Germany boutiques in order to maximize client’s loyalty, recruitment, and achieve optimal profitability.

You will also be supporting Germany sales teams in developing their client’s activities and sales through dedicated CRM plans.

In addition, you will be overseeing all CRM & Customer Service activities and be the main point contact regarding the market’s needs.
