What do we expect from you?

Due to continued growth, this is a newly created position located in Sydney, Australia and is responsible for the Van Cleef & Arpels Oceania region. A key player of the ambitious development plan of Van Cleef & Arpels in Australia & New Zealand, the Marketing & Merchandising Manager is in charge of defining and implementing the Maison product strategy, monitoring the collections performance and Operations in Australia & New Zealand, based in Sydney.

Under the supervision of the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for proposing and coordinating comprehensive product action plans, including Marketing, Merchandising, and interacts closely with Communications team, Retail Managers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. In this role, you would be a key member of the Oceania Executive Committee. 
 

The key elements of responsibility in this role include proposing the Marketing strategy and being responsible for its implementation, Merchandising & Supply Chain - by supporting Maison sales with the correct quantity and quality of stock, High Jewellery community animation & special orders co-ordination, competitor analysis and counterfeit reporting and the transmission of product knowledge/product training and follow-up with our boutique network.

Most importantly, you will act as a Leader, and Maison Ambassador while embodying the values of the brand and excellence of service standards.
