You are an organised, energetic and detail oriented Retail Operations Coordinator, with experience and understanding of boutique operations and procedures

You are interested, to support the future development of Van Cleef & Arpels in Italy

Your role is to:

• Be the referent on boutique operations, retail procedures, systems and IT
• Ensure the appearance of the boutiques is at the highest level of excellence
• Lead the implementation and follow up of all retail operations projects
• Support the Retail Manager in monitoring boutique performance and KPIs
• Support the boutique teams on customer service

You are:

• Organised and efficient in your working approach
• Strong in interpersonal & resilience skills
• Results driven & business minded to achieve your objectives
• Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
