Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of F&B is to assist the EAM of F&B in the overall administration and operation of the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
As an Assistant Director F&B, we rely on you to
Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage standards for products and services are maintained.
Ensuring smooth operations of all F&B outlets.
Ensuring all Guest Complaints are handled on top priority and root cause analyses done.
Execute the delivery of all Food & Beverage promotions and new menus.
Monitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
Monitor control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the F&B division
Provides supervision, coaching, and training to all F&B colleagues based on the company culture & standards/ requirements & guest engagement
Strong Knowledge of P&L Report, F&B Budget Report, and Cost Control.
Strictly enforces Shangri-La’s Food Safety Management System / HACCP guidelines throughout the F&B Division
Assists management in performing administrative duties which may include budget control, scheduling, purchasing supplies, preparation of performance appraisals, etc

Sobre ti
Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
Must have experience in luxury concepts
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Ability work seamless in computers for Budgeting and Analysing
