We are looking for a Head Mixologist - Red Sugar based at Kerry HotelHong Kong!
As a Head Mixologist, we rely on you to:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of day-to-day operations and performance of the bar
- Prepare opening and closing inventory of bar related items spirits
- Ensure all service standard are maintained to high professional standards and all regulations regarding hygiene and safety are meet
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the team members
- Develop and create a quality and innovative beverage menuto attract the potential market
- Provide food and beverages services to guests
- Ensure a satisfying dining experience is received by the guests
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3yearsof relevant experience in bars with similar capacity; andwith supervisory responsibilities
- Formal training in Hospitality Management would bean advantage
- Sound understanding of various kind of spirits and wine
- Solid experience in creative mixology, as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails
- Good business acumen with a well-rounded understanding of beverage cost management
- Customeroriented team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
