We’re looking for a Sales Executive  to join our growing Sales team in Hammersmith, London.

We’re looking for a financially driven outbound Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in London. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for introducing new Hotels and Accommodation providers to SiteMinder and educating them on our products and services.
This person will plan and prioritize business development activities to achieve business aims and sales targets for defined regions, utilizing and developing innovative strategies to maximize results and win over challenging targets. Leverage existing industry contacts to increase SiteMinder’s client base and brand coverage in assigned territory.

Requisitos

As Sales Executive your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Client Acquisition- Creating new opportunities, delivering online and Face to Face demonstrations and maintaining the client relationship until they become a customer


  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets, finalizing all sales in a timely manner and delivering on the weekly, monthly goals that build towards your success


  • CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM system. Ensure all documentation is complete post sales to set up trials and to move the client to billed


  • Sales and Negotiation – Prepare accurate sales quotes, develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business.


  • Client feedback – Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback


  • Sales Pipeline Management: Focus on prospecting new customers in order to achieve a high volume at the top of the sales funnel. Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through a billed customer.




  • Reports to:  Regional Sales Manager


    Collaborating with: SiteMinder Clients, Sales Team, Customer Onboarding Team, Account Managers, Product Team
    What You'll Have:
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • 1+ years experience in an outbound sales atmosphere, comfortable prospecting and managing a sales pipeline.

  • Have a passion for Sales with a proven track record of strong negotiation skills, high performance and target achievement.  Possess a self-starter approach and a high level of drive to achieve business goals and individual targets.

  • Have proven experience selling SaaS solutions in a highly transactional atmosphere. 

  • Proven experience sourcing opportunities and canvassing potential clients via cold calling

  • Maintain a high velocity in regards to sales activity on a consistent basis.

  • Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts

  • Experience working with sales revenue targets and KPI’s

  • Can-do attitude, resilience to overcome objections and motivation for a high volume fast paced sales environment

  • Illustrate through experience our SiteMinder values

  • Nice to have - industry experience within one of the following areas: SaaS, OTA/Wholesaler/Meta, Hotel Revenue Management, Channel Management or Hospitality
