The Data Project Manager is under the responsibility of the Data Cockpit Director, and support him in the overall management of the Data Acceleration Plan of Sodexo.
He is also accountable for delivering specific projects under its direct responsibility, at the right pace and level of quality expected by the program.
Main Assignments:
Support the Data Acceleration Plan Cockpit
Organize regular catch-ups with all the stakeholders of the Data Acceleration Plan to have a clear view of the status of all streams of the program (12 use cases, 10 foundations streams)
Update the program management tool Triskell in coordination with squads
Support the preparation of the program instances (core team workshop, cockpit meetings, architecture and foundational committees, data steering committees, …)
Participate to the meetings and organize follow-ups if any decisions are taken or actions identified
Update Data Acceleration Plan KPIs on a regular basis for communication to all teams and management
Organize seminars with key stakeholders of the Data Acceleration Plan
Ensure business & financial impact at scale
Lead the business case stream in interaction with all data squads, finance and business teams
Define and follow-up the achievement on the expected gains on each use case and foundations
Monitor and report the quantitative and qualitative return on investments to Sodexo management
Define and execute the communication & change management around the Data Acceleration Plan
Frame the communication & change management strategy in coordination with squads and management
Organize the backlog and deliver it in coordination with the right resources
Structure relevant communities to facilitate deployment at scale of the use cases
Contribute on the strategy of the Data Acceleration Plan
Strategic framing of potential new use cases: highlighting the product vision, value creation mechanism, key prerequisites and constraints, and related benefit case in coordination with Data Factory and Business
Participate in the elaboration of the Data Acceleration Plan roadmap and annual budget process
Organize Data market watch and benchmarks to competitors and other companies to always have a step ahead and create a true differentiator asset for Sodexo

Engineering / Business Administration Masters degre
5/6+ years’ experience in strategy consulting firm, project management link to data projects, PMO role into large corporate organizations or similar roles in other organization
Very strong communication skills
Proven success on managing & delivering a project from start (framing/scoping) to finish (deployment at scale)
Strong business acumen
Positive & dynamic mindset
Fluent in English
