MISSÃO GERAL:
Assegurar a venda, a organização e a qualidade dos serviços prestados no restaurante e no bar, com maior enfoque no restaurante.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Zelar para que a respetiva equipa preste o melhor serviço, tanto em termos de qualidade da comida e das bebidas, como do serviço propriamente dito.
- Assegurar o bom funcionamento dos diversos setores colocados sob a sua responsabilidade.
- Assegurar que são cumpridos os standards da marca e do hotel.
- Zelar pelo cumprimento da legislação laboral no respetivo departamento.

- Sentido comercial apurado, reactividade.
- Organização.
- Bom nível de cultura geral.
- Excelente apresentação.
- Domínio do ambiente Windows
- Língua do país corrente.
- Inglês profissional, uma terceira língua constitui uma vantagem.
