The Role…

We are currently looking for a dynamic Late Night Membership Manager to lead our late-night social scene within our houses. If you are a late-night person, know how to set the vibe and keep it going, can connect with a wide group of people with varied interest and more importantly; connect people together and revel in creating memorable nights, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be a warm and sociable individual who is passionate about hospitality and all that sits under this from food to drink, music, and culture. If have a strong and genuine passion in connecting with people and are looking for exciting new opportunities, then we want to hear from you!

You will be the key lead in our house to really set the tone of the night regardless if it’s a cold winters school night or a buzzing summers Saturday night. Every night will be a night to remember. This is not a traditional customer service role, this is the heart AND soul of every members experience. You will be socially intelligent and know where to curate the evening depending of the feel of the room. This is not a desk job, in fact you won’t see a computer, this is true human interaction and driving a strong and constant presence in our club.

Key responsibilities:

  • Curate member connections and engagement throughout the night
  • Drive ad-hoc and organic events depending of the environment and member requirements/needs/wants on the night
  • Responsible for house ambiance from lighting, to music and sound level
  • Help DJ and live music schedule alongside ethe Member Events manager. Provide feedback on key bookings and suggest improvements where required.
  • Manage nightly guest list and last-minute request
  • Promote and help deliver late night food and drink offering
  • Maintain a constant presence on the floor by always engaging with members and building relatable and meaningful relationships
  • Key point for coordination of activities between the reception, floor, kitchen and membership team
  • Check all reservations at the beginning of the shift to ensure we are ready for the evening ahead, noting PWK and highlighting key members
  • Connect to all large events (Music, Art, Fashion etc.) across the city so we attract talent to our houses when people are in town
  • Be on the pulse of culture about key moments in the city and curate an innovative, fun and inclusive atmosphere to contribute to our diversity in membership
  • Obtain and feedback late-night event suggestions that members would like to see in programming
  • Observe the in-club crowds in the evening and adhere to standards of behaviours/rules etc
  • Following up with lead Membership Managers about incidents/feedback from night shift
  • Ensure the right balance of U27 and over 30 during each evening of the week
