Our successful Maintenance Attendants / Handymen …

• are thorough and adhere to the highest standards of preparation and cleanliness when conducting maintenance
• provide a support service to the Engineering Department
• Attends to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including but not limited to substation, generators, boilers, electrical control systems, UPS, lighting, pumps, sewerage system, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, Room Management System and emergency systems
• Attends to Service Calls and Requests for repairs to guestroom and public areas pertaining to electrical, mechanical and others.
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

- some knowledge of maintenance in a hotel environment
- hotel accommodation
- sound knowledge of plumbing, electrical or carpentry; at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or environment.
