• Check and maintain all hot ranges, kettles brazing pans, convention ovens, Bain Marie, mixers pass counters, Cold cabinets, Dishwasher Equipment, Hot cabinet and all related equipment.
• Fixing and installation of equipment. Repairing of parts and fittings. Inspect all community spaces daily to identify problems with mechanical and electrical failure or breakdowns.
• First line maintenance of fixtures and fittings, examples: General repair and maintenance duties in regard to kitchen, laundry, plumbing and electrical systems, kitchen equipment, electrical systems such as refrigeration controls and cold rooms.
• Ensure PPM and routine maintenance of all laundry, kitchen equipment's.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and precautions, including regulations and an awareness of health, hygiene & HACCP procedures
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
• Must be aware and have an understanding of PPE requirements and safety rules.
