The focus is on optimising engagement and maximising benefits through improved business processes and design. The role is responsible for identifying and delivering measurable benefits.

ABOUT THE JOB
Leading process re-engineering projects: The role involves leading process re-engineering and business design using TUI Way (Lean) methodology, seeking opportunities for cross-market collaboration, and ensuring benefits are delivered. Engagement with stakeholders and management of end-to-end business design activities are key responsibilities. For technology projects, this includes ensuring business requirements are established and completing risks & controls documentation. Participating in process re-engineering activity as part of a transformation programme: This role also supports large-scale, inter-dependent programmes by providing strategic business partnering, change & project management, and communication support. They You will be an advocate for the programme’s objectives, drive business engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and end-to-end thinking. The focus is on ensuring successful programme implementation by being a visible champion for change.
Engagement & Maturity Development: As an advocate for business improvement, the role holder you will champion the team as a centre of excellence and continuously improve their your capabilities. They You will drive a culture of embracing change and continuous improvement throughout the entire business by encouraging end-to-end thinking.
Profesionally Savvy: You will stay up-to-date with latest developments in Lean Six Sigma, Process Management, RPA, process mining, change management, agile, project, and programme management in the service sector. You will learn from new business models, methodologies, and trends, and evaluate them for potential adoption or further evolution to add value to the business. You will network with other change management professionals to bring in valuable knowledge and experience to continually improve business activities. Stakeholder Management / Strategic Business Partnering: The role requires establishing and maintaining strong working relationships based on trust and credibility, understanding business challenges, proactively identifying improvement opportunities, seeking feedback, and adapting approaches to ensure optimal adoption of new processes. Culture: The role involves promoting end-to-end process thinking and the benefits of harmonised processes across markets, fostering a collaborative culture across departments and business areas. They You will be an advocate for the Process Owner structure as a platform for process improvement ideas, providing guidance and support to the business on the importance of Process Ownership for the successful adoption of new ways of working. Training: You will train process and change tools and skills to support implementation and to ensure changes to ways of working and process are sustainable.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong team player with the ability to challenge and effectively coach others
- Strong relationship and networking skills, able to effectively influence stakeholders
- Experience in working in a global environment with team and stakeholders spread across all TUI markets (intercultural awareness)
- Analytical mind-set, with demonstrable experience of implementing significant business transformation and / or process change that has delivered tangible benefits
- Has a passion for exploring new forward-thinking trends and changes in process methodologies
- Process mapping experience with either BPMN or similar. Visio use essential as a minimum, experience of process risk evaluation tools including COSO RCMs and Lean FMEAs
- An expert facilitator and coach, able to create the conditions needed for open and honest collaboration, balancing this with the need for expediency
- Strong customer & commercial acumen and value focus, able to show the measurable value of process activity
- Articulate. Engaging and inspiring communication skills in English, both written and verbal, multi-lingual desirable
