We are bringing a Senior Accountant on board to join our dynamic Accountants team in Lisbon. Join us and you will grow with us in a global company that puts its people at the heart. 

Your mission at Webhelp    

As a Senior Accountant, you will prepare monthly payroll files, namely allocation to the respective cost centers and recording in accounting books. Also, conduct a review of account reconciliations and financial reporting and analysis completed by the accounting team.

What you will be doing at Webhelp   

  • Calculation and recording in accounting books of payroll estimations.
  • Ensure the monitoring and analysis of balance sheet accounts, anticipating risks.
  • Monthly control and bookkeeping of the various revenue streams.
  • Support external auditors by providing full transactions clarifications and documentation as required.
  • Work with international teams to ensure the implementation of new initiatives and ongoing activities.
  • Control and recording of intercompany transactions, ensuring its reconciliation with other Group entities.
  • Prepare financial information and ensure timely reporting to the Group.
  • Design and maintain internal controls related to these functions.


What we are looking for   

  • Native or proficient English (C1/C2)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Big 4 Audit Firm or in a similar position within a multinational Group
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Chartered accountant certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Delivery skills, problem solver
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational abilities
  • Capacity to adapt to a fast-changing environment
