The Role

This position is responsible for supporting Franchise Sales Directors, Managing Directors, Regional Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents (including EVP as needed).  The position has a direct effect on net room growth and revenue generation through fee’s negotiated in the franchise agreements and direct interaction with potential franchisees.  

What you'll do

This position is responsible for all administrative processes required by the respective Regional Vice President and Senior Vice President (i.e. –correspondence, preparing monthly T&E report, coordinating travel arrangements, filing, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings, etc.).   Position is also responsible for assisting between 5 and 7 Development Directors/Development Managers with all development and prospecting activities. 

You'll be successful if you have

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Must be able to adapt to change and perform in pressure filled sales environments. 
  • Good computer, notation and time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Internet Savvy.


Required Qualifications/Experience

  • High school diploma required / bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
