Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Sales to join our team at WHG Mexico in Ciudad de Mexico, N/A.

Propósito

El Gerente de Ventas de Grupos, Ventas Globales, LATAMC será responsable de desarrollar relaciones e impulsar negocios desde GSO Groups & Meetings a todas las marcas de Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. El Gerente trabajará para lograr las metas de ingresos mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.

Principales tareas & responsabilidades

Gestión y desarrollo de cuentas:
• Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos de cuentas para todas las cuentas. Esto incluye establecer objetivos SMART para cada cuenta, comprometerse con un calendario de actividades orientadas al cliente y contacto proactivo por teléfono y correo electrónico
• Facilitar revisiones comerciales trimestrales para todas las cuentas para compartir información, recomendaciones y actualizar a los clientes sobre la cartera de marcas y propiedades de WH&R, así como sobre las próximas promociones. Estas revisiones también brindan la oportunidad de solicitar comentarios de los clientes, comprender las necesidades comerciales cambiantes e identificar oportunidades comerciales potenciales

Asociaciones y colaboración:
• Facilitar la colaboración entre los equipos corporativos de WH&R (legal, distribución, gestión de ingresos, marketing, estrategia de ventas y operaciones) en todos los planes de acción relacionados con contratos de cuentas nuevas, cambios de contratos y renovaciones
• Asociarse con los equipos de Operaciones de Franquicias, Liderazgo de Marca y Ventas de Propiedades para brindar continuamente la mejor experiencia al cliente

Gestión del presupuesto y responsabilidades financieras:
• Asegurar que los ingresos de la cuenta sobre una base mensual, trimestral y anual cumplan o superen los objetivos de ventas
• Administre los gastos y el presupuesto del segmento en asociación con el director sénior de ventas globales
• Administrar el presupuesto relacionado con las actividades orientadas al cliente, como ferias comerciales, misiones de ventas y conferencias

Principales conocimientos & experiencia

Experiencia/Certificados/Educación
• Licenciatura en Administración Hotelera, Negocios, Mercadeo u otro campo relacionado
• Más de 10 años de experiencia en ventas, en la industria hotelera, con énfasis en el segmento de Grupos y Reuniones (MICE)
• Excelentes habilidades informáticas; paquete microsoft, salesforce.com

• Fuerte comprensión de la información financiera, los datos y las funciones aritméticas básicas
• Habilidad para identificar y superar desafíos a través de la colaboración con colegas, supervisores y otras partes interesadas
• Debe ser eficaz para escuchar, comprender y aclarar las inquietudes y problemas planteados por los clientes y colegas
• Habilidad para trabajar bien en situaciones estresantes y de alta presión, incluida la habilidad para manejar las objeciones y disputas de los clientes para lograr resultados satisfactorios
• Trabajar con un alto nivel de productividad; adaptar el comportamiento a otros estilos; interactuar con personas que tienen diferentes valores, culturas o antecedentes, estar al servicio de las personas difíciles
• Habilidad para mantenerse objetivo y justo cuando se trata de situaciones delicadas de clientes internos y externos, mantener relaciones de trabajo constructivas y debe mantener la compostura y la objetividad bajo presión
• Demostración de iniciativa propia, exhibiendo iniciativa, confianza, profesionalismo y buen juicio, incluso anticipando lo que debe hacerse antes de que se convierta en una necesidad
• Demostrar capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y cumplir plazos simultáneos con atención continua a los detalles
• Capacidad para tomar decisiones comerciales con integridad
