Payroll Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join the London family and look after the payroll for our 6 London restaurants; Zuma, ROKA x 4 and Oblix.

The Payroll Assistant will assist our Payroll Manager to manage the day to day function for a staff headcount of around 750 staff within London, taking ownership for managing the payroll system. An exceptional level of attention to detail is required to ensure all staff hours are inputted correctly and paid accordingly. The role will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible.

Any candidate applying should possess a strong and relevant restaurant focused payroll experience, coupled with a detailed methodical approach to work and an ability to work well under pressure. It would be highly advantageous if candidates had previous experience with Fourth Hospitality payroll system.

The role will be based in Fitzrovia at our Head Office however will involve travel across the restaurants
