Zoe Jenkins General Manager at Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection

Zoe Jenkins has called Dorchester Collection home for the last 38 years. Over nearly four decades Zoe has been able to develop her career whilst becoming an instrumental member and ambassador of Coworth Park and the Dorchester Collection brand. Zoe began her journey at The Dorchester with an internship as a Graduate Management Trainee, where she worked in a variety of departments including: Kitchen, Engineering and Switchboard. After her training she returned to continue to be part of a team that has now become her family. In 2010, after overseeing the pre-opening project as Director of Operations, she was appointed General Manager for Coworth Park.

What does she look for in her team? For Zoe it's all about motivation, flexibility and creativity. The culture of the organization is ultimately driven by its people. The different personalities and characters bring the hotel alive and create loyalty and engagement with each of the hotels guests. For her, the DNA of the business is all about team spirit, pride, and passion for the work you do. "Zoe states that Team engagement is absolutely critical. We empower the team, we allow them to be creative and we give them the opportunity to build loyal relationships with the guests."
