The Accor Apartments & Realty hotel support and guest experience centre (ALLRes) is situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise within our Corporate Offices.  Our ALLRes Connect team provide a critical link between the Guest, our Hotels that we service, and our broader ALLRes team.  They are responsible for using their initiative and problem-solving a wide range of reservation and guest related issues.

•    Work a rotating roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday

What will it take?
•    A can-do attitude! We have amazing coaches that can mentor you every step of the way to success! 
•    A confident candidate with a strong ability in processing and problem solving. 
•    Strong attention to detail, with exposure to basic level of accounts admin advantageous 
•    You thrive in a customer service environment and enjoy talking to internal and external stakeholders
•    Ability to multi-task and confident with technology and quick to learn new programs
•    Prior exposure to Sihot or similar PMS systems preferred
