Swissôtel Amsterdam is looking for a Housekeeping supervisor within the Housekeeping Department!

Your work includes:
Managing the performance of work by own employees: chambermaids, minibar attendants, evening employees and employees of the cleaning of public areas;
Minibar organization
Checking rooms and public areas;
Coordination of activities, questions and complaints with other departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following profile: Experience in a Housekeeping department of a 4/5* hotel;
Leadership experience;
Able to work well in a team;
Speaks English and preferably Dutch 
Organized, guest, service & detail oriented, culture sensitive, respectful, stress resistant and representative.
