Job Description
Our next heartist will be in charge of achieving the objectives of the leisure and corporate market segment for our hotel, identifying business opportunities in existing customers and exploring new national or international accounts by connection or fixed rate contracting in different models of potentiation through market intelligence tools and knowledge of this segment.
Maintenance, retrieval and acquisition of new online and offline travel agencies that generate B2C business.
Timely negotiations for optimal communication between hotel and departments and agencies
Management of leisure groups for the property
Use of BI tools for prospection
Sales reports in the tools determined by the company
Personalized advice for each of the hotel's client agencies.
Identify and target leisure customers that will generate business on behalf of hotel.
Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign leisure & FIT and corporate contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved.
Utilize Various Prospecting Resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of hotel.
Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and quality business to generate leisure room nights and associated food and beverage revenue to impact RevPar performance.
Create and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum leisure and leisure group revenue and budgeted group targets are achieved.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined
Qualifications
Previous sales experience - 2 years
English
Knowledge of Bogota's Market
