•Provide support to Development Directors on documentation. Prepare and issue development related internal / external documents such as KYC, BV, HMP (project information part) etc.;
•Provide administrative support to Development Directors, including expense claim, travel arrangement, etc.;
•Provide assistance to EA to SVP on monthly report preparation, follow-up of document / agreement internal approval process;
•Coordinate special events / tasks as assigned.
•Hospitality education background preferred;
•Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
•Work productively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. Must be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows;
•Good English command, especially in written and verbal communication skills;
•Good team-working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team;
•Self-motivated to manage and to prioritize multiple tasks;
•Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively;
•Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
