À propos du poste

The 6-month internship position offered sits in Accor Global Hotel Development Division:

  • developing new hotels worldwide (1 hotel open and 2 hotels signed per day pre COVID)
  • animating a community of >160 developers in > 30 countries

The Global Development Marketing & Partner Relationships service is accountable for 4 below pillars:

  1. Delivering accurate assets, training & support to developers to pitch Accor Brands & Solutions
  2. Data management, business development & CRM Analytics
  3. Animating partner loyalty programs with existing hotel owners (60% of our development)
  4. Prospecting new partners, owners and investors


The Development Marketing intern will contribute to the strategy and execution of the action plans for above pillars. He/she evolves in a B2B2O universe.

Some potential missions he/she can contribute to:

50% Development Marketing:

  • Briefs to agencies (development assets: books, videos, pitches, e-learning, conferences, booths…)
  • Accor brands & services sales pitches
  • Update of development assets in libraries (i.e. WeMax library, intranet, internet website…)
  • Daily support to worldwide development teams & Development Days

50% Data Management:

  • Data Analytics: Business Development data reporting & partners profiling
  • Data Quality: Partners’ database management & stewardship
  • Animation: WeMax CRM champion community
  • Animation: WeMax CRM Challenge

Education & skills:

  • 1- or 2-years apprentice or 2 x 6-month intern
  • Business school / Master 1 or Master 2
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Rigorous, methodical
  • Creativity & soft skills
  • Business & delivery driven
