INTERNSHIP – ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, GLOBAL MARKETING
LOCATION: Accor – Issy–les-Moulineaux
DURATION: 6 months (minimum)
Anticipated Start Date: September 2022
Within the Global Marketing Executive team, made up of the Chief Brand Officer, his Chief of Staff, and Executive Assistant; you will participate in the development and implementation of the global marketing strategy for the group and its hotel brands (15). Your tasks and participation will span across:
- Strategic meetings at various hierarchical levels, and in charge of follow-ups
- Input and consulting role on strategic projects (brand strategy, 360° campaigns, brand activations etc)
- Creation of supporting documents and assets (presentations, videos, shootings…)
- Project management with creative agencies
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings for the marketing team and executive committee
- Administrative tasks
In a fast-paced, international, environment, we are looking for someone who is dynamic, a fast-thinker, able to provide strategic input and recommendation with a great eye for branding and marketing. You will be tasked to own some projects from beginning to end. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is highly important.
You will work closely with Sales, Digital, Loyalty teams. You will interact daily with the marketing team, in particular Brand teams, social media, partnerships, PR & Comms, well-being and customer experience teams.
