Responsibilities:
• Organization and control of service compliance in accordance with 5* hotel standards.
• Family arrival / departure preparation: baggage packing, on-board meals packing in accordance with established standards.
• Service personnel control in terms of service maintenance.
• Organization of service at the facilities.
• Participation in the completion of the facilities according to established standards, organization of procurement.
• Control of the living zones configuration according to established standards.
• Facilities inventory

Requirements:
• Managerial wrk experience in the family, Hotel or restaurant segment.
• EU citizenship.
• Russian, English and/or French lamguages proficiency.
• Working experience working with direct reports.
